Aileen Baxter

I am an accredited mindfulness coach with Mindfulness Now.  I started practicing mindfulness over 5 years ago using meditation to help me deal with stress and be more present in the moment.

Two years ago I decided to retrain and I am just about to complete my Masters in Mental Health from King's College London.  Throughout my studies I have been able to use mindfulness to help me focus and develop.

I work with people one to one or in groups creating bespoke tailored programmes.  I specialise in mindfulness for anxiety, stress and sleep and also work with parents and children teaching mindfulness exercises.

Sessions can be conducted face to face or remotely online. If you are new to mindfulness why not try my mindful moments taster session; a 45-minute introduction to mindfulness.
