It’s mental health awareness week, and this year the theme is kindness.
This week let’s send a daily note of kindness to someone in your life. It could be a friend, family member, colleague or neighbour. At the end of each day choose someone and send them a compliment, or let them know you are thinking of them, or say thank you for something they have done for you. Be honest, positive and supportive, using the kindness note as another way to connect with someone.
