I am an accredited mindfulness coach with Mindfulness Now. I started practicing mindfulness over 5 years ago using meditation to help me deal with stress and be more present in the moment.
Two years ago I decided to retrain and I am just about to complete my Masters in Mental Health from King's College London. Throughout my studies I have been able to use mindfulness to help me focus and develop.
I work with people one to one or in groups creating bespoke tailored programmes. I specialise in mindfulness for anxiety, stress and sleep and also work with parents and children teaching mindfulness exercises.
