Creating a sacred place

With so many of us now at home with our families, finding a spot in the house to retreat to, for however long you are able to, can give you that break you need.  Once you have found a quiet corner, make it as comfortable as you can, add a pillow or blanket, maybe a candle or your favourite picture.  Turn this place into your sacred space where negative or stressful thoughts are not allowed.  Retreat to this space when you want to relax or refocus or just need a moment.
